Sanskriti to represent in Miss Eco International in Egypt

By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, Feb. 17: Sanskriti Bhatta will represent Nepal in the international beauty pageant Miss Eco International 2025 to be held in Egypt.

 Green Art Media, the organiser of the beauty pageant, has selected Bhatt as Miss Eco International Nepal 2025 and crowned her as the official representative for the competition amid a programme held in Kathmandu on Friday. 

 Former winners of Miss Eco International Nepal including Flavia Maharjan (2024), Sophiya Bhujel (2022) and Ronali Amatya (2017), crowned Bhatt during the event.

Miss Eco International 2025’ is scheduled to take place in Egypt in April, with over 60 eco-beauties from various countries.

 Bhatta will undergo grooming and training under the guidance of Green Art Media's Managing Director and international choreographer Anila Shrestha, along with other renowned personalities from Nepal, according to Green Art Media. 

During the event, Bhatta expressed that Miss Eco was a great opportunity for her. She said that she would promote Nepal’s cultural, traditional, and tourist destinations through the competition.

Anila Shrestha has been the official National Director for Miss Eco International Nepal since 2015.

Miss Eco International is an international beauty pageant formed by Dr. Amal Rezk in 2015 in collaboration with LTCP-UN (Let's Take Care of the Planet) with the motto “Beauty for Eco”.

 The pageant focuses on tourism and environmental awareness, with the primary objective of promoting global environmental and cultural awareness through an international network.
