Hunger For Freedom

The darkness of the society never ends

Tears roll down to the people’s face

As they twist and turn with intense pain

Not being able to fight back due to their strength


If I run away, would I be free

Far away from this land into the deep sea

My posture straight as a long palm tree

Feeling the strong breeze in my face and hoping to be free


Even though I didn’t call death, it came to me

And I was more than happy to go with him

Following his footstep which lead to sea

And seconds later everything went dim
