Rai appointed HoR Secretary
Kathmandu, Dec 31: President Ramchandra Paudel has appointed Harka Raj Rai of Jhapa as the Secretary of the House of Representatives.
On the recommendation of Speaker Devraj Ghimire, the Head-of-the-State appointed Rai, a resident of Shivasatakshi Municipality-2 in Koshi Province, on the post. The appointment was made in accordance with Article 106(1) of the Constitution, according to the Office of the President.(RSS)
