Minister Yadav instructs to control water leakage

Kathmandu, Dec 20: Minister for Water Supply Pradeep Yadav instructed the concerned authorities to control the leakage of drinking water in different areas of Kathmandu Valley.     

With being informed about water leakage, the Minister has instructed authorities concerned to repair damaged pipelines and regularise the supplies.     

Minister Yadav stated, “We received information on water leakage in different areas of Kathmandu. In some areas, there are complaints that water pipes are leaking.”     

He directed the concerned authorities to take immediate action to address the issue of pipe bursts and ensure smooth supply of clean drinking water.     

Soon after receiving public grievances over the water leakage, Minister Yadav visited Indrachwok, New Road, Asan, and surrounding areas to assess the situation.(RSS)
