Minister Yadav instructs to complete Melamchi 'pipeline' work promptly

Kathmandu, Dec.19:  Minister for Water Supply Pradeep Yadav has directed to complete the work of the pipeline laid to supply Melamchi Water to various places in the Kathmandu Valley promptly.

He gave such instructions after inspecting the ongoing pipeline work at local Indra Chowk, Janawahal areas, New Road, Asan, and other places today.

He stressed on the need to control the leakage. 

Saying that water was leaking in many places because of a lack of quality assurance, Minister Yadav has directed to repair the water leaking places as soon as possible.

There was the presence of Secretary of the Ministry of Water Supply Pramila Debi Sakya Bajracharya, a senior official of the Project Implementation Directorate (PID) of Kathmandu Valley Water Supply  Limited, along with Minister Yadav. (Translated from RSS)
