blog

By Kapil Gyawali, Siddharthnagar, Dec.18: Minister for Home Affairs Ramesh Lekhak has said that horde cannot deliver justice.

He also warned not to try to disrupt the investigation process that is currently ongoing in the court.।

He said that anybody should not commit any such deed that can influence the investigation of those involved in cooperative fraud.

Addressing a press conference organized by the Nepal Press Union Rupandehi, the Home Minister said that the government is governed by the law and not by the rabble while making it clear that the court is there to decide and distinguish justice and injustice of everything.

Saying that the masses do not deliver justice in democracy, he held the view that a final decision will be reached on every action through the judicial process itself.

He said that recently there has been an increase in cybercrime, and attempts to rule power by the masses have started.

The Home Minister gave instructions to the security agencies to control such activities.

'Government is governed by the law, not by the crowd. However, attempts are being made by the crowd to influence the police office, public prosecutor's office, and court, in the last few days and that must be controlled."
