Karnali posts 176-run target for Chitwan in NPL Eliminator

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Dec 18: Karnali Yaks posted a target of 176 runs for Chitwan Rhinos in the Eliminator match of Nepal Premier League (NPL) on Wednesday at Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground, Kirtipur.
Batting first Karnali made a challenging total of 175 in the stipulated 20 overs in 6 wickets.
Karnali's Jaykishan Kolsawala and William Bosisto hit a half-century each. Kolsawala and Bosisto scored 53 and 52 runs respectively. Chadwick Walton hit 46 runs, Zeeshan Maqsood 14 and Dev Khanal scored 3 runs.
Chitwan's Sohail Tanvir took two wickets, while Sharad Vesawkar, Ravi Bopara and Kushal Malla each took a single wicket.
