Nepal-India border checkpoints closed for today

By Avinash Chaudhary, Dhangadhi, Dec.17: The border checkpoints of the Nepal-India international border connected with Kailali will remain closed for a day on Tuesday.
Administrative Officer of the District Administration Office said that India, the border point of the two countries will be closed for a day in view of the by-elections taking place in Palia, Lakhimpur Kheri of India today.
The border checkpoint which was closed from 6 AM today will be opened at 6 PM on Tuesday.
The by-election for the chairperson post which was vacant is being conducted today. The border point will open after the by-election ends.
