NC President Deuba pays tribute to Gyawali

Kathmandu, Nov 30: Nepali Congress President and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has paid last tribute to former President of Nepal Teachers' Association, Mohan Gyawali today.     

Gyawali who led the Association for two terms, died at the age of 59 due to heart attack on Friday night.     

His body was kept at the Association's central office in Dhumbarahi for last tributes.     

NC Vice President Dhanraj Gurung, General Secretary duo Gagan Thapa and Bishwo Prakash Sharma, Tourism Minister Badri Prasad Pandey, central leaders Dr. Shashank Koirala and Arjun Narsingh KC, among others had also reached the Association's office and paid tribute to the late Gyawali.     

Gyawali was cremated at Pashupati Aryaghat this evening.(RSS)
