Durga Prasain held for spreading fake information in social sites
Kathmandu, Nov. 20: Medical entrepreneur Durga Prasain has been arrested on the charge of spreading fake information through social networking sites.
The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police said Prasain has been taken under control on the charge of committing cyber crime. He was held from his Bhaktapur-based home.
Police is producing Prasain before the court on Wednesday to seek permission to keep him in custody for further investigation.
