People's right will not be curtailed going against sentiment of constitution: Acting PM Singh

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Sept 25: The acting Prime Minister and the minister for the urban development, Prakash Man Singh has said that right of the people will not be curtailed going against the sentiment of the constitution. As he added that Congress and UML are the parties that have long fought for right of people. 

Addressing the Bhaktapur Cultural, Tourism and Trade Fest 2024 today, the acting PM has said that the incumbent ruling parties formed the government in order to end the past precedents of small span of the term of government.   

He said that the current situation of forming a stable government became needed as passing bill in the parliament used to be challenging due to frequent change in the government. 

During the address to the fest , the acting PM asked entrepreneurs to enhance investment without hesitation as the government has been working hard to accelerate the economic activity. 

The Acting PM assured saying that  “this government has been working to establish the rule of law in the state. All have to follow the rule of law”.
