Baglung jeep accident: Vice-Chair dead

By Thakur Prasad Acharya, Baglung, Sept.13: The deceased body of the vice-chairperson of Putha Uttarganga Rural Municipality, Rukum East, Bhupendra Budha Magar, have been recovered from the accident site. 

The pickup jeep of rural municipality with an registration number (RA 1 Ja 200) that met with accident claiming three lives, two females and one male, on Friday morning.    

Inspector of the District Police Office, Baglung, Pratap Poudel said that the body of the 33 year old vice-chair has been recovered in the accident site. The identity was ascertained through the identity card recovered. 

He said that one has been injured.  The injured is taken to Baglung Hospital for the treatment. The jeep veered off 300 meters down from Mid-hill highway. The identity of other two deceased is yet to be disclosed.
