PM Oli takes briefing about Kathmandu Institute of Child Health

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Sep.2: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli took a stoke of the work started in the field of child health by Kathmandu Institute of Child Health (KIOCH), which is run as a public-private partnership.

PM Oli said that the organization has proved that a good deed moves forward even if there is strong determination even without enough finance in a discussion that was held at Prime Minister and Council of Ministers at Singha Durbar. 

There was a presence of the chairperson of the non-profit Dr Bhagwan Koirala, and Vice-President of the National Planning Commission Prof. Dr Shiv Raj Adhikari in the discussion.

PM Oli said that the deed of creating an environment for easy treatment of patients who lack by the organization is a noble thought and work. 

This organization has already started a children's hospital in Damak, Jhapa, while, the government has provided 41 ropani of land on lease for 30 years to operate a children's hospital at Bansbari,  Budhanilkantha-7, Kathmandu,
