Damauli (Tanahun), July 7: The body of a woman who was buried in a landslide on Saturday in Kaure Shuklagandaki Municipality-7 has been recovered. The search for the two others believed to have been buried in the same incident is underway.
The body of 40-year-old Hira
Nepali, who was buried in the landslide, was found last night.
Deputy Superintendent of Police
Deepak Rai of the District Police Office said that the search is on for
37-year-old Anisha Bastola and 65-year-old Shyam Bhandari, who went missing
since the landslide took place.
Heera Nepali and Sunmaya Kumal were
buried in the landslide while removing the belongings from their house.
Bishnu Bahadur Nepali, 40. Bishal
Timilsina, 26, Rabi Ghimire, 35, Rupkumari Nepali,18, and 15-year-old Bimal
Nepali were injured in the landslide.
The injured are undergoing
treatment at GP Koirala Respiratory Treatment Center in Belchautara of
Shuklagandaki Municipality-5. (RSS)
