Leadership will be chosen unanimously: Chair Nepal

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, July 4: The Chairperson of the CPN (Unified Socialist) Madhav Kumar Nepal said that the leadership will be selected unanimously. The response of the incumbent chair Nepal came after meeting with the party's top leaders in Kathmandu on Thursday. 

General Secretary Ghanshyam Bhusal has staked a claim for the leadership of CPN Unified Socialists in a general convention. Chairman Nepal said that after the meeting, a conclusion has been made that the leadership will be chosen by consensus. 

He said, “The discussion is going on. The leadership will be chosen unanimously. It is the first general convention of the party therefore leadership will not be repeated and a new leadership will be selected.”
