Dr Devkota appointed Gandaki policy and planning commission vice-chair
Gandaki, May 31: Dr Krishna Chandra Devkota has been appointed the vice-chairperson of the Gandaki Province Policy and Planning Commission.
Gandaki province chief minister
Surendra Raj Pandey appointed Devkota, a resident of Palungtar municipality-3, Gorkha,
to the post on Thursday.
Earlier too, he was appointed the
vice-chair of the commission.
Devkota who did his PhD in Geology
from Kyungpook National University of South Korea, is associated to the 'Global
Institute for inter-disciplinary Studies (GIIS)'.
Chief Minister Pandey had
administered oath of office and secrecy to Dr Devkota on Thursday itself. (RSS)
