Dhangadhi records 44.1 degree Celsius

By Bhawana Joshi, Attariya, May 30: The temperature of the Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City has crossed 44.1 degrees Celsius. 

According to the Mahakali Basin Field Office, Attariya under the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, the temperature soared to 44.1 degrees Celsius on Thursday.

Assistant Meteorologist at the Office Singal Chaudhary said that the temperature in the district was recorded at 43.36 degrees Celsius on Wednesday. Meanwhile, the temperature soared to more than 44.1 degrees Celsius on Thursday. 

The highest temperature recorded so far in Dhagadhi was 46.4 degrees Celsius in June 1995.
