Weather Forecasting System to be made more reliable

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, May 14: The government has expressed its plan to make the weather forecasting system reliable.
Presenting the government policy and programme for the upcoming fiscal year of 2081/082 BS, President Ramchandra Paudel said that the weather forecasting system will made reliable to tackle floods, storms, lightning and various water and weather-induced disasters.
Similarly, weather forecasting and early warning systems will be expanded to the trekking routes.
