Chief of Gandaki Province, Bhatta, assumes office
Annapurna (Kaski), March 17: Newly-appointed Chief of Gandaki Province, Dilli Raj Bhatta, on Sunday assumed his office.
President Ramchandra Paudel had appointed Bhatta as the Chief of Gandaki Province at the recommendation of the government. Appointed as the Province Chief on March 11, Bhatta arrived here on Saturday and assumed his office today.
On the occasion, Province Chief Bhatta said he would work wholeheartedly to fully implement the constitution.
During the event, Chief Minister of Gandaki Province, Surendra Raj Pandey, briefed the Province Chief about the activities carried out by the Gandaki Province Government so far. (RSS)
