Chitwan, Feb 14: Nepali Congress (NC) General Secretary Gagan Kumar Thapa has said citizens' grievances towards government were rising of late.
Talking to media persons here today, the lawmaker said during the party's Sambad Yatra that he came to know the growing concerns of citizens.
The lawmaker said, "Citizens have come to realize that their expectations for good governance and smooth public service following the promulgation of new Constitution have largely been unaddressed." He shared about citizens' frustration towards government's inaction and inability to address even their basic concerns.
Furthermore, the former minister expressed his belief that forming a political alliance is more effective after an election rather than pre-election. (RSS)
