Weather: Possibility of light rain today

Kathmandu, Feb 14 : The westerly wind has its partial influence in Nepal at present and due to this the weather is partly to generally cloudy across the country, the Meteorological Forecasting Division, Department of Hydrology and Meteorology said.    

Similarly, it will be partly to generally cloudy in the Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini and Karnali provinces while remaining partially to mainly fair in the Sudurpaschim province in the afternoon today.

There are chances of light rain at one or two places of Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini and Karnali provinces, and of light snowfall at a few places of the high-hilly and mountainous region of the country, the Division stated in its weather bulletin.    

There is possibility of light rain at one or two places of Koshi province tonight. Likewise, there are chances of light snowfall at a few places of the high-hilly and mountainous region of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces tonight. (RSS)
