Telecom service quality should be increased: Minister Sharma

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Feb 5: Minister for Communication and Information Technology Rekha Sharma has said that Nepal Telecom should operate its programme and bring policies with an aim to provide accessible and quality service to consumers.

Addressing the 20th anniversary of the Nepal Telecom, Minister Sharma said that as the telecom is under the ownership of the government given the largest shareholder, it should provide accessible and quality service to the consumers as per the government's goal and programme.
