Mahajatra’s first poster unveiled

By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, Jan. 3: The first poster of  ‘Mahajatra’ was unveiled on Tuesday. The poster featured actors Haribansha Acharya, Bipin Karki, Rabindra Singh Baniya and Rabindra Jha. 

In the poster, the three characters known as Phadindra (Bipin), Joyesha (Rabindra Baniya) and Munna (Rabindra Jha) are depicted pushing actor Acharya in a wheelchair with currency notes flying around them. 

The poster indicates that actor Acharya has been captivated. 

 Baniya, the actor and executive producer of the film, informed that the poster revealed the major plot of the movie. Following the success of ‘Jatra’ and ‘Jatrai Jatra’,  the threequel ‘Mahajatra’ was produced by ShatkonArts exploring the challenges of pursuing a fulfilling life and seizing unexpected opportunities.

 Director Pradip Bhattarai emphasised that the film balances laughter and tears.

The cast includes Barsha Raut, Arjun Jung Shahi, Prakash Ghimire, Rajaram Paudel, Prabin Khatiwada, Divyadev, Suman Karki, Shishir Bangdel, Gaumaya Gurung and Arbin Khadka.  The international screening rights have already been acquired by MSM Entertainment. 

Produced by Yagyashor Paudel and Max Dipesh Khatri, 'Mahajatra' is set to be released simultaneously in Nepal and worldwide on March 22.

Purushottam Pradhan has directed the Cinematography of the film while Kumar Maharjan served as the fight director in the film.
