Major parties' top leaders hold meeting

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Dec 25: A meeting of the top leaders of three major political parties is taking place at the Prime Minister's official residence in Baluwatar.   

The leaders are expected to discuss the issues related to the bills on the Commission for Investigation of Disappeared Persons and the Truth and Reconciliation Commission(TRC) and the remaining tasks of the peace process. 

According to the PM's Secretariat, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda', Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba, CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli, Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister Purna Bahadur Khadka and the second rung leaders of the three parties- CPN (Maoist Center), Nepali Congress and CPN (UML)- are also attending the meeting.
