By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Dec. 20: President Ramchandra Paudel has
appointed six justices at the Supreme Court as per the recommendation of the
Judicial Council.
The President appointed judges and senior advocates as the justices of
the nation's apex court in accordance with Article 129 (2) of the Constitution
following the recommendation of the Judicial Council.
According to the spokesperson of the Office of the President, Shailaja
Regmi, those appointed as the SC justices today are Saranga Subei, Abdul Ajij
Musalman, Mahesh Sharma Paudel, Tekh Prasad Dhungana, Sunil Kumar Pokharel and
Balkrishna Dhakal.
