Weather to be clear in most parts

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Dec 20: The weather will be generally clear accross the country with partly cloudy over the hilly areas of the country. 

According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division under the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, the weather is clear but the temperature is dropping leading to the cold weather. 

Pratibha Manandhar, Senior Divisional Meteorologist at the Meteorological Forecasting Division under the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, said that temperature is dropping because of the westerly winds. 

As per her, the minimum temperature of the Valley was 5.5 degrees Celsius till 6 AM on Wednesday. 

It will be partly cloudy in some parts, but in general, the weather will be clear. 

The temperature in the afternoon will remain between 17-18 degrees Celsius. 

The rain is unlikely, but, the temperature will drop, so, Manandhar has requested to be vigilant around the matter.
