PM Prachanda, top leaders pay last tribute to Nemwang

Kathmandu, Sept 14: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' as well as other top leaders have paid the last tribute to the Chairperson of the Constituent Assembly and CPN (UML) Vice-Chairperson, Subas Nemwang, at Pashupati Aryaghat today.     

Prime Minister Prachanda extended tribute to Nembang by draping the national flag over his body. Speaker at the House of Representatives, Devraj Ghimire, Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister, Narayan Kaji Shrestha, among other senior personalities extended tribute to Nemwang.     

Nembang's body has been brought to Pashupati Aryaghat from Baluwatar residence for last rites with state honour. A large number of top leaders, lawmakers, cadres, well-wishers, relatives and general people have gathered at Pashupati Aryaghat to pay the last tribute to Nemwang.     

Nemwang died on Tuesday morning due to a heart attack. (RSS)
