Nemwang's last rites to be performed at Pashupati Aryaghat on Thursday

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Sept. 12: The last rite of late Subas Chandra Nemwang, Chairperson of the Constituent Assembly, will be performed at Pashupati Aryaghat at 11 AM on Thursday.

According to UML central publicity and publication department secretary Gagan Bista, the body of Nemwang will be kept at the Party Central Office, Chyasal till 1 PM on Wednesday. After this, there is a program to keep the body of Nemwang at his residence in Baluwatar where family members and relatives will pay their last tribute. 

The government has made a decision to give a public holiday on Thursday in honour of Nemwang.
