People's condition should change to fulfil Martyres' dream: Minister Sharma

TRN Online, Dang, Sept. 2: Minister for Communication and Information Technology Rekha Sharma has said that Nepal's political change was possible due to the sacrifice of thousands of martyrs. 

Inaugurating CPN (Maoist Centre)'s three-month special transformation campaign on Saturday at the Sahid Smriti Park in Bargadi, Ghorahi, Dang she said that the party and government will move forward with an aim to fulfil dreams of martyrs. 

Stating that political change in Nepal was only possible due to the sacrifices of martyrs she said that now people's condition should change to fulfil the dreams of martyrs.

According to RSS, the CPN (Maoist Centre) and the government would work to realise the aspirations of martyrs, said Sharma.     

Calling for changing the status of people, she claimed that the incumbent government had prioritised public service delivery, prosperity, social justice and good governance since its formation.     

She urged party leaders and cadres to reach out to the people at their doorsteps during the campaign and consider politics as a service. On the occasion, the Minister garlanded the statues of martyrs in the Park.
