Three killed in Salyan bus electrocution

By Prateek Bhattarai, Salyan, July 6: Three people have been killed in a plying bus electrocuted in Salyan.

A bus having registration number Ra 1 Kha 834 was electrocuted on Thursday near Kaporkot - 3 Chorkhola of the Dang-Salyan road section where a stranded electric cable touched the bus. 

Spokesperson at the District Police Office Salyan, Gopal Shrestha said informed that the deceased were identified as Balaram Dangi (around 70) of Gangadev Rural Municipality - 4 and his son Toplal Dangi (40). Another person who was sent to the hospital was also said to be dead. 

According to spokesperson Shrestha, around 35 years' Mahendra Oli of Chhatreshree Rural Municipality - 6 was seriously injured. He was sent to Dang for further treatment.
