By TRN Online, Kathmandu, May 15: 21 new cases
(RT-PCR and antigen tests combined) of COVID-19 have been confirmed on Monday
while 22 people recovered from the disease.
In 252 Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR)
tests done in the past 24 hours, 14 people were found infected with SARS-CoV-2,
informed the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) in its regular update on
Monday. Whereas, seven positive cases were found in 839 Antigen tests in the
last 24 hours.
Currently, there are 112 active cases of COVID-19
across the nation.
So far, 12,031 people have lost their lives due to
COVID-19 in Nepal.
