Some NC leaders thank DPM, Home Minister Shrestha for action against fake Bhutanese refugees scam

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, May 10: Some twenty Nepali Congress leaders reached the Home Ministry today to thank Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha for his success in identifying and taking action on those involved in the fake Bhutanese refugee scam.

Lauding DPM Shrestha's move to bring to justice the culprit, the NC leaders urged him to explore the nexus of the scam and take it to a conclusion.

NC leader Gururaj Ghimire, Madhu Acharya, Ranjit Karna, Bhupendra Jung Shahi, Naresh Yadav, Dr. Govind Pokharel were among the NC leaders who congratulated and thanked DPM Shrestha, according to the secretariat of the DMP.

They made it clear that the historic action of the Home Minister has given rise to hope in the people.
