By TRN Online, Kathmandu, April 26: As many as 82 new cases (RT-PCR and antigen tests combined) of COVID-19 have been confirmed on Wednesday while 65 people recovered from the disease.
In 494 Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) tests done in the past 24 hours, 37 people were found infected with SARS-CoV-2, informed the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) in its regular update on Wednesday. Whereas, 45 positive cases were found in 1,140 Antigen tests in the last 24 hours.
Currently, there are 361 active cases of COVID-19 across the nation.
One more death has been reported in the last 24 hours.
So far, 12,028 people have lost their lives due to COVID-19 in Nepal.
