New ministers taking oath at 3 pm today

Kathmandu, March 31: President Ramchandra Paudel and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' held a meeting at President's residence in Kathmandu today morning.

PM Prachanda, who is going to expand his cabinet, called on President Paudel about the same.     

According to Manohar Timalsina, press advisor to PM Prachanda, preparation has been completed for administering the oath of office and secrecy to newly appointed ministers at 3:00 pm today.     

Prachanda, who was appointed PM on December 25, 2022, is going to expand his cabinet today at noon.     

All 10 coalition partners have submitted the names of prospective ministers from their parties to the PM.     

Although the expansion of the cabinet was likely on Thursday, it was postponed for today due to the discussion that had ended inconclusively. (RSS)
