Najir, Malika, Saugat to do Agastya

By A Staff Reporter,Kathmandu, Feb. 7: Najir Husen and Malika Mahat have been roped in for ‘The Unbreakable Agastya: Chapter 1'.

They have been finalised for the lead role in the film directed by Saurav Chaudhary.

Releasing a poster of the film in social media on Monday, the production team announced that the actors were roped in. 

Earlier, actor Saugat Malla was signed for the film. 

These three actors are going to work together for the first time. 

However, the production team has not revealed as to who will pair Malika in the film. Saugat and Najir will be seen in action roles, informed the production unit. 

Written by director Chaudhary himself, the film will be produced by Prakash Malla and Anish Tamang

It is informed that director Chaudhary  has already prepared the story of both the chapters of the film. The film is said to have two chapters. 

Produced under the banner of Dark Horse Entertainment,  the film will be shot in Kathmandu and Nawalparasi in Nepal, Gorakhpur and Varanasi in India.

Rajesh Shrestha will direct the cinematography of the film. 

According to the film unit, along with Nepali, some well-known actors from India will also act in the film.  The production team is preparing to sign an agreement with an Indian actor soon. 

The title of the film is taken from the name of Agastya Rishi, one of the seven sages, informed the film unit. 

Shooting of the film will begin from the second week of May.
