PM Prachanda offers tribute to martyrs

Kathmandu, Jan 30 : Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal
'Prachanda' today reached Shahid Memorial at Lainchaur in Kathmandu and laid a
wreath there on the occasion of the Martyrs' Day.
On the occasion, the PM stated that
the federal democratic republic was possible due to martyrs' life sacrifice. He
is scheduled to inaugurate the Martyrs' Park at Jagdol in Gokarna today
itself.
The Day is being observed with
various programmes across the country today. On the occasion, a morning
procession was organised that started from Shanti Battika and concluded at
Lainchaur. (RSS)
