Meeting of ruling parties underway at Baluwatar

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Jan 8: A meeting of the ruling parties is underway at Baluwatar, the Prime Minister’s official residence.

Prime Minister and CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli, Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister and Chairperson of Rastriya Swatantra Party Ravi Lamichhane, Janata Samajwadi Party Chair Upendra Yadav, Rastriya Prajatantra Party chair Rajendra Lingdel, Janamat Party chair Dr. CK Rauat, among leaders of the parties, are attending the meeting, according to Surya Kiran Sharma, press coordinator of the PM.

Earlier, in the morning today, PM Prachanda had also held talks with JSP Chair Yadav and CPN (Unified Socialist) Chair Madhav Kumar Nepal.

Prime Minister Prachanda is taking a vote of confidence from the House of Representatives (HoR) on Tuesday, January 10, and the meetings of the ruling parties are being held in view of the same.
