All-party meeting held to prepare for first parliament meeting
By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Jan 6: An all-party meeting as part of the preparations for the first meeting of the federal parliament is underway at the parliament house in New Baneshwor.
The oldest HoR member of the parliament Pashupati Shamsher JB Rana called the meeting.
The meeting has been focused on discussing the first meeting of the federal parliament to be held on January 9.
Parliament secretariat informed that the meeting will be focused on issues relating to the election of the Speaker of the parliament, a vote of confidence to be taken by the government and the address of the President.
