30 receive basic acting training in Phidim

By Our Correspondent,Phidim, Jan. 6: A seven-day basic workshop on acting concluded in Phidim, Panchthar, on Thursday. The workshop was organised to support the production of professional actors in the district.

A total of 30 persons have received training in the workshop conducted jointly by Yakthung Films, Baradan Sangitalaya and Hamro Theatre Nepal.

Under the drama, the participants learnt solo, stage, street and steel genres of acting in the workshop held from December 30 to January 5. 

 Facilitator Sagar Kerung said that the trainees were also instructed about acting in movies and music videos.

 The workshop was facilitated by Panchthar's leading theatre, film, music video directors Prem Ojha, Mausam Embung, Surya Prakash Chemjong, Suren Shishir Kerung, Raj Dilanjali and others.
