Govt. permits for clinical trial of poliovirus

Online, Kathmandu, Dec. 7: The government has decided to permit
clinical trial of the vaccine against poliovirus in Nepal.
A meeting
of the Council of Ministers held on Tuesday decided to this effect, said Gyanendra
Bahadur Karki, government spokesperson and Minister for Communication and Information
Technology, at a press meeting on Wednesday.
“The
government has decided to allow the clinical trial of the polio vaccine in the
country,” he said at the press meeting held to make public the Cabinet decisions.
