Active cases fall to 79, only a case of COVID-19 detected in last 24 hours

By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Dec. 6:  Only a case of COVID-19 has been confirmed in the last 24 hours while 14 people recovered from COVID-19 in the same period.

In 360 Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) tests done in the past 24 hours, one person was found infected with SARS-CoV-2, informed the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) in its regular update on Tuesday. Whereas, no positive case was found in 563 Antigen testing in the last 24 hours. 

Currently, there are 79 active cases of COVID-19 across the nation.

No fatality related to COVID-19 was reported in the same period. So far, 12,019 people have lost their lives due to COVID-19 across the nation.
