CPN (Maoist Center) candidate Devendra Paudel elected HoR member from Baglung-2
By TRN Online, Baglung, Nov. 23: Minister for Education,
Science and Technology Devendra Paudel, also a Maoist Center leader, has been
elected a member of the House of Representatives (HoR) from Baglung-2.
Fielded as an MC candidate with support from the ruling
left-democratic alliance, Paudel got 24,779 votes to win the poll against his
nearest rival Manju Sharma of CPN (UML) who got 20,180.
