NC's Ramesh Rijal wins in Parsa-4
By Deepak Prasad Gautam, Birgunj, Nov.23: Left Alliance's candidate from Nepali Congress Ramesh Rijal has registered victory as a House of Representatives (HoR) member from Parsa-4 by garnering 31,142 votes.
He won against his rival Jalim Miya Mansuri from CPN (UML) with a margin of 5,530 votes. Mansuri garnered votes 25,612 votes.
