NC's Gurung elected HoR member from Manang

By Belina Thapa, Lamjung, Nov. 21: Nepali Congress candidate Tek Bahadur Gurung has been elected member of the House of Representatives (HoR) from Manang Constituency.

Elected Gurung secured 2,577 votes against his closest rival Palden Chepang Gurung of CPN (UML) who got 2,247 votes, according to the office of the chief election officer.

The election for the member of the HoR and the Provincial Assembly (PA) was held on November 21, and the vote counting is going in many other constituencies across the country.
