Krishna Yadav, Inaruwa, Nov. 21: Common candidate of the ruling left-democratic
alliance (LDA) for the member of the House of Representatives (HoR) from Sunsari
Constituency 4, Gyanendra Bahadur Karki, who is also NC leader and Minister for
Communication and Information Technology, has taken lead in the preliminary
vote count of the election of the member of the HoR held on November 20.
Karki has
got 185 votes whereas his nearest rival Jagadish Kusiyait, candidate of the UML-JSP
coalition, has got 131 in the count of 400 votes till 6 pm.
