Woman dies due to delivery-related complication
Humla, Nov 1: A woman died due to delivery-related complications in the district today. She is Rangita Shahi, 20, of Adanchuli rural municipality-5.
The health institution is a six-hour walk from the village. Bal Bahadur Shahi, a relative of Rangita, complained that Rangita died while giving birth to the child after they could not take her to the hospital on time in a lack of transport facilities.
Earlier, Pabitra Shahi, 24, of Sarkegad rural municipality-7 died in the village due to excessive bleeding in a lack of treatment one month ago. (RSS)
