Communist movement sees impact of corruption: Chair Nepal

Kathmandu, Sept 29:Chairperson of the CPN (Unified Socialist), Madhav Kumar Nepal, has said the corruption existing in Nepali society must be wiped out. 

At a festival greetings programme organized here Thursday, Chairperson Nepal viewed that country's image was eroding in the international arena because of deepening corruption in politics and administration. Such malaise has also entered the communist movement, he reminded.

Chairperson Nepal further his party had the goal of reaching socialism. It is not good to ditch the party being opportunist, he reminded the party cadres and leaders.

On the occasion, a respected leader in the party and former prime minister Jhalanath Khanal stressed the need for increasing the participation of women in each state mechanism. (RSS)
