UML politburo meeting kicks off

Kathmandu, Aug 25: The CPN- UML's  politburo meeting  has kicked off  at the  party headquarter in Chyasal, Lalitpur. The meeting is majorly focused on the House of Representatives and Province Assembly elections announced for upcoming November 20.  

Party Publicity and Dissemination Department deputy-chief Bishnu Rijal confirmed the commencement of the meeting. 

Party Chair KP Sharma Oli is to inform the meeting about a political report to be presented in the Central Committee scheduled for Friday and Saturday.  Politburo members are expected to put their views on the political report to be shared by the party chair with them in course of the today's meeting.
