Heavy rainfall likely to continue till evening in many parts of country including Kathmandu

Kathmandu, July: Heavy rainfall has occurred in many parts of the country due to the low pressure of the monsoon, according to the
Department of Hydrology and Meteorology.
There has been
heavy rainfall as the low-pressure line of the monsoon has shifted north
from its usual location.
According to meteorologist
Sanjiv Adhikari, some places of Province 1, Madhes, Bagmati, Gandaki, and
Lumbini will receive heavy rainfall till Sunday evening and there is the possibility of intermittent but continuity of such precipitation till
Wednesday.
