Bhaktapur, May 30 (RSS):  The National Examinations Board has commenced this year's grade 12 examinations across the country at once.
Board Chairperson Dr Mahashram Sharma informed that the grade 12 exams have peacefully commenced in 1,292 exam centres of all 77 districts since 8.00 am this morning.

As many as 415,000 students across the country are attending the exams to be concluded on coming June 8, Sharma shared.

Questions were sent online to all exam centres half an hour before the examination commenced, he said. An arrangement has been made to make a photocopy of the questions and distribute to the examinees, he shared.

Due to the all-pervasive effects COVID-19 pandemic during last two years, the online arrangement was made to send the questions to the home centres of students. The same arrangement has been adopted this year as well.

The Board has called for all stakeholders and citizens to help conduct the examination in a peaceful, dignified and well-managed manner.
